Great food, amazing view and good prices. Lots of locals should be a stamp of approval. Beautiful beach and in our opinion a bit warmer in the ocean then other beaches

My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years and have never had a poor experience. The service is always friendly and efficient with the food incredible tasty, fresh and excellent value. The location is magical, there is nothing like tucking in to some fresh grilled fish with that view. I recommend making a reservation when you get to the beach to make sure you don’t miss out. There are a few quite absurd negative reviews about the place looking like it has free tables and people not getting seated straight away when they walk in - it’s not hard to ask to reserve a table in person at all. I just hope the ‘could be anywhere’ Nikki Beach wannabe place behind doesn’t impact the success of this Algarve institution.

This is homely family run restaurant right on the beach. We went there for lunch, though the service was a a bit slow the wait was worth it. The host was very sweet to suggest house speciality (sea bream) which was so so delicious. The quantity was amazing and we barely had space for dessert. I would highly recommend this place!

Great food at a great place with a lovely view over the beach and sea This lovely family work so hard and make you feel welcome anytime. They have the best Chicken Piri Piri. Our little kids Cesc and Kiki fell in love with the guys who were so nice; always busy but never too busy to give them some of their attention. Keep up the great job you are doing, lovely family! See you next time! (Or next week during playing memory game; yesss you are in it haha )

A family favourite. We have been coming here for 30+ years and it never disappoints. During peak summer months, the wait is a little longer but the grilled fish never disappoints - everything is fresh and fantastic.

Pintadinho is the real deal. Simple, honest restaurant where they’ve been grilling fish for years, actually decades, and doing it better than anyone else. No fuss, no frills - just damn good food made with love. We had sardines, seabass and golden bream. Fresh fish, caught locally, grilled simply, served with boiled potatoes and a salad. That’s it. And it’s glorious. The drinks are cold, the service is warm, and you’re eating practically on the beach. No noise, no nonsense. If you appreciate food made by people who live their food, who know their food, and who cook with pride, then Pintadinho is your place.
